ux engineer // oss enthusiast // making nice things
I'm a UX engineer at Sequentum where I spend my days designing and building software. For the past 5+ years I've been trying to make software that doesn't get in people's way.
The purpose of tools is to help you do what you need to do and move on with your life. Go take a hike.
When I'm not working I'm probably fermenting something (sourdough, hot sauce, kimchi, whatever), playing bass, climbing, repurposing old tech, or trying to convince friends to optimize their Roth IRAs. I also read comics, play board games, and like discovering new art and music so send me some recs if you want.
Live instrument visualizer inspired by my grandmother's artwork. Maps audio frequencies to dynamic visual patterns—synesthesia as software.
